What we collect

No personal data is collected through analytics. The firm uses a privacy-first, cookieless analytics platform that records page views and traffic patterns in aggregate only.

The firm collects information you voluntarily provide through the Book a Brief, Instant Assessment, and Automation Snapshot forms: name, role, company, industry or regulatory environment (optional), email, and your description of what you're looking to figure out.

How form data is used

Information submitted through these forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry: to develop a scope and respond within one business day. It is not shared with third parties, used for unrelated marketing, or sold under any circumstances.

Data retention

Submissions are retained for two years from the date of submission. Submissions that result in an engagement become part of the engagement record and are retained consistent with standard professional-services record-keeping.

Your rights

You may access the information the firm holds about you, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion at any time. Requests are processed within thirty days, at no charge.

Cookies and tracking

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses.
